projects
Cove was a project that I created with 3 other students in my Capstone course during my last semester at NDSU. We were able to create a business plan for a home interiors store based out of San Francisco, that was focused primarily on the triple bottom line - people, planet, & profit. Cove was entered into a nation-wide contest. Among many other business plans from all over the states, Cove was one out of 10 that was selected in the final. We were sponsored by two retail companies - Timberland & Vans, and was given an honorable mention in the contest.

In the Visual Merchandising course that I took, we were assigned groups and had the opportunity to create our very own retail store. My partners and I came up with a bridal boutique called Sposa. This project allowed us to be creative and come up with design solutions for the retail space we were given. Every detail was specified including the atmospheric aesthetic that our customers would experience.

In a Product Development class, I worked with a group and put together a clothing line for boys around the toddler age. Our brand was called Graphic Guru. We had a series of three outfits that we created that represented the photos on our inspiration board.

Another project that was assigned in the Visual Merchandising class was a window display project. We worked in groups of four and were assigned a store in the Downtown Fargo area. Our store was Lot 2029. We we able to design the store front windows as well as the front display.
The Martin Residence
The Martin Residence was a semester-long project that was assigned in the Residential Interior Design Studio course. The requirements for this project were to design a mid-century modern condo from head to toe for our clients. This project was the largest project that I have ever completed, and I am excited to share my work with you!
